# Vote

1. Go to EGL.vote
2. Click "Join" 
3. Go to the Vote tab in the header
4. Click the "Connect" button
   * There will be 2 transactions: the first allows your wallet to interact with the contract and the second is your vote. 
   * When the first transaction is completed, you'll see the Vote button appear. 
   * If metamask doesn't automatically pop up you may need to go to metamask and confirm the transaction. 
5. Input the number of EGLs you'd like to vote with, your Desired Gas Limit and the number of weeks to lock your vote. 

Note: There will be 2 transactions: 1) allows your wallet to interact with the contract and 2) the vote

Locking up your vote for longer will increase your multiplier when calculating the `desiredEGLs` and your portion of the voter rewards.
